Zap2It.com

January 27 2009

Two of America's most famous villains are getting prettied up.

Sources say Hilary Duff and Kevin Zegers are in talks to play Bonnie
Parker and Clyde Barrow, Depression-era lovers who left a bloody trail
of crime across Texas. The new film will be an indie production from
Cypress Moon Studios and director Tonya Holly.

The 1967 version of "Bonnie and Clyde," which starred Warren Beatty
and Faye Dunaway as the dastardly duo, was nominated for 10 Oscars and
took home two (for best supporting acress and best cinematography).

Duff, 21, co-starred in 2008's "War, Inc.," and has kept busy singing
and talking to magazines about her virginity. Zegers, 24, starred in
last year's "The Stone Angel."
